The shipping rates provided are subject to change and additional charges may apply as necessary. Following the placement of an order, you may be contacted to discuss any adjustments. Should there be any variance, the customer will be responsible for covering the difference. Certain items necessitate shipment on a pallet due to factors such as weight, size, product type, and packaging limitations. Additional charges may apply for such items if deemed necessary. Any unforeseen additional fees or surcharges, such as those related to limited access, inside delivery, residential addresses, or lift gate services, identified by the freight company upon delivery, will be reflected in the customer's invoice. We provide shipping service on all business day using Canada Post. All orders are chargeable to shipping fees as per the weight of the product which can be seen during checkout. We ship the product using :

Upto 7 Days for Used Products (only store credits)*	15% Restoration Fee. If the product is used and returned with all original accessories and packaging
Upto 7 Days for Used Products (only store credits)*	25% additional charge for Missing parts or accessories will be charged upon verification
7 -30 Days for Used Products (only store credits)*	50% value of the machine + additional fees 25% if missing parts, accessories or packaging
7 -30 Days for Used Products (only store credits)*	Final decision upon verification only.

FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND/OR PRODUCT COST MORE THAN $1000 CAD
Policies
Return product should be retain with original package with all accessories.
Missing and damaged parts or accessories will be charged additionally. (Decided upon verification)
25% restoration fee and 3% administration fees will be applied on total amount of return products/orders.
3% administration fees will be applied on cancellation of any products/orders.
Additional charge for return shipping will be applied.
Final decision will be made from our administrative department upon verification.

DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:

Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.

Aroma Espresso Services recommends buying Glass Insurance for product that is completely made of glass or has a glass component. Insurance can be added by clicking here Aroma Glass Insurance Policy.

NOTE: MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU SHOULD INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSON AND MARK THE BILL OF LADING AS "DAMAGED".

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE CANNOT HELP YOU OR RESHIP THE PRODUCT IF CUSTOMER HASN'T / HAVEN'T PURCHASED AROMA INSURANCE. ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN RAISED WE WILL INSPECT THE DAMAGE AND THEN PROCEED. BE SURE TO REPORT DAMAGE IN 24 HRS. ALSO KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES AS IT IS. UNLESS YOU' RE ADVISED OTHERWISE.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If customer wish to exchange product the difference needs to be paid or may be deducted from store credit if available.

If the difference is lower than previous product then customer will be paid in store credits.
