The shipping rates provided are subject to change and additional charges may apply as necessary. Following the placement of an order, you may be contacted to discuss any adjustments. Please note that the shipping rates displayed at checkout are approximate and may be revised at the time of shipping. Should there be any variance, the customer will be responsible for covering the difference. Certain items necessitate shipment on a pallet due to factors such as weight, size, product type, and packaging limitations. Additional charges may apply for such items if deemed necessary. Any unforeseen additional fees or surcharges, such as those related to limited access, inside delivery, residential addresses, or lift gate services, identified by the freight company upon delivery, will be reflected in the customer's invoice. Please be advised that no calls will be made prior to product delivery. Should you require any of these additional services, kindly inform us before shipping.
NOTE: For all residential or commercial products that shipped on the SKID, actual shipping charges difference will be additionally have to pay by customer before proceeding with the order.
We provide shipping service on all business day using Canada Post. All orders are chargeable to shipping fees as per the weight of the product which can be seen during checkout. We ship the product using :

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS POLICY:
At Aroma Espresso Services, we carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
Any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to us within 7 calendar days of the date the order is received.
Claims submitted after this 7-day period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution.
2. Required Evidence & Documentation
To help us investigate and process your claim efficiently, you may be required to provide the following:

Proof of Purchase: Sales receipt, purchase invoice, order confirmation, or other official transaction record showing the item purchased.

Proof of Payment: Documentation confirming payment for the order, such as a payment receipt or transaction record.

3. Shipping Damage
If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, protective materials, labels, and any damaged packaging.
Do not discard or dispose of the packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved. The carrier or Aroma Espresso Services may require the packaging for inspection or claim purposes.
4. Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective, we will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the product, manufacturer warranty, nature of the defect, and applicable terms.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

Some products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures. In such cases, the warranty process may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer or through Aroma Espresso Services on the customer's behalf.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the received products, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials to assist with our investigation.
6. Review of Claims
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. All damage, defect, incorrect-item, and missing-item claims are subject to review.
Once the required information and documentation have been received, Aroma Espresso Services will review the claim and determine the appropriate next steps.
7. Important Notice
Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment promptly upon delivery and notifying Aroma Espresso Services of any issue within the applicable 7-day reporting period.
Failure to report damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items within 7 calendar days may result in the claim being declined.
Please retain the original product and packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.
Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.
Aroma Espresso Services recommends buying Glass Insurance for product that is completely made of glass or has a glass component. Insurance can be added by clicking here Aroma Glass Insurance Policy.
