The Mythos 2 is able to dose ground coffee with extreme accuracy by its actual weight, using the gravimetric system, ensuring consistent density. This means the dose remains unchanged even if you change the granulometry setting (grind).
The updated Clima Pro 2.0 system now allows the barista to adjust the burr temperatures, thus expanding barista’s range of choice. In addition to keeping the temperature consistent in the grinding chamber, the Mythos 2 is now more stable, reducing unwanted fluctuations of temperature, leading to a more efficient workplace.
Lastly, the Mythos 2 now has a variable speed motor which is able to modulate productivity according to the barista’s needs and allows for more accurate dosing.
FEATURES
Gravimetric Controlled Dosing (Gravimetric version only)
Mythos II introduces gravimetric dosing. This means the grinder doses the ground coffee by weight in real time. Eliminating the need for a scale and reducing coffee wast. This feature can also be turned off via the setting to dose using time.
Variable Speed Motor (Premium version only)
The Mythos Grav and Premium now come standard with a variable speed motor. Allowing the barista to pull shots slower or quicker depending on the workflow. We have also noticed a number of impacts made to espresso itself depending on grinder speed.
Temperature Controlled Burrs
The Mythos II comes standard with both a heating a cooling system similar to the Mythos One/Clima Pro. However, it also introduces user temperature control. Allowing the barista to change the parameters to best suit their coffee. The cooling system has also been centralized to the back of the unit to allow many units to be placed near each other.
Titanium Burrs 85mm
This grinder comes standard with Titanium Burrs which last 2x as long as normal burrs. Allowing the ability to grind up to 3500 pounds of coffee before requiring replacement.
LED Illuminated Work Space
LEDs around the grinder light the workspace, giving the barista full visibility of the grinds even in a dark room.
Micrometric Grind Adjustment
With Micrometric grind adjustment the barista can adjust the grind to the smallest of adjustments at any point in the process of grinding.
Clump Crusher Tech
This technology ensures that ever dose is clump free and delivers that fluffy evenly distributed coffee.
Multi-Function Touch Display
Using this touch display the barista can adjust the dose, put the grinder into a number of barista modes, and lock the grinder so the settings can't be changed.
Portafilter Holder
This grinder is capable of holding the portafilter while it is dosing, meaning that the barista can operate other equipment during the grinding process.

DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:
Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.
