The QC7i-MC2 uses Everpure's Micro-Pure II precoat filtration technology to reduce chlorine taste and odor, dirt, particulates, and cysts, helping produce cleaner-tasting fountain beverages while protecting sensitive beverage-system components from clogging and abrasive wear. The system is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53 for applicable contaminant reduction.

Installation & Maintenance
For reliable performance, the system should be installed vertically with adequate clearance below the cartridge for replacement. Pentair recommends a regular six-month preventative maintenance schedule, with cartridge replacement based on capacity or when pressure drops below the recommended level. The cartridge should also be flushed during installation and replacement.
