DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:

Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.

BE SURE TO REPORT DAMAGE IN 24 HRS. ALSO KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES AS IT IS. UNLESS YOU' RE ADVISED OTHERWISE.
