The Deluxe Food Warmer allows operators to serve hot food quickly with the push of a button. The key is plain tap water, converted into super-heated dry steam, fully penetrating food from all sides. From pasta, breads, meat and seafood to poultry, eggs and vegetables, it’s the perfect way to maintain the original texture, color, flavor and nutritional value of a variety of menu items. The DFWT-250 offers a two-thirds-size pan with a direct water hookup and digital steaming controls.
The Antunes DFWT-250 countertop steamer can prepare a variety of different foods like pastas, meats, poultry, and more, converting plain tap water into super-heated dry steam that fully permeates product on all sides. This process maintains the product's initial flavors, textures, and nutrients to make food look fresh and taste delicious. It removes guesswork by creating a consistent amount of steam and features an instant-warming button, as well as a digital controller. Users can program a 0- to 99-minute timed cycle for complex menu items.
Steam in the Antunes DFWT-250 steamer is delivered from all sides with the open-compartment construction. It has the capacity for a two-third size pan and comes equipped with a direct water hook-up, as well as an automatic water fill feature. This unit cools when an operator presses the high-limit reset button. The steamer effectively reheats vendor-prepared or cook-chill product.

DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:
Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.
