We provide shipping service on all business day using Canada Post. All orders are chargeable to shipping fees as per the weight of the product which can be seen during checkout. We ship the product using :

DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:

Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.

Aroma Espresso Services recommends buying Glass Insurance for product that is completely made of glass or has a glass component. Insurance can be added by clicking here Aroma Glass Insurance Policy.
 
NOTE: MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU SHOULD INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSON AND MARK THE BILL OF LADING AS "DAMAGED".

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE CANNOT HELP YOU OR RESHIP THE PRODUCT IF CUSTOMER HASN'T / HAVEN'T PURCHASED AROMA INSURANCE. ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN RAISED WE WILL INSPECT THE DAMAGE AND THEN PROCEED. BE SURE TO REPORT DAMAGE IN 24 HRS. ALSO KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES AS IT IS. UNLESS YOU' RE ADVISED OTHERWISE.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If customer wish to exchange product the difference needs to be paid or may be deducted from store credit if available.

If the difference is lower than previous product then customer will be paid in store credits.
