xWith the ability to produce up to 450 lb. of ice per day, this Scotsman Prodigy Plus air cooled flake ice machine will keep up with the ice demands of your restaurant, bar, or institution.
It makes flake ice, an ice type that's particularly useful when blending drinks such as smoothies and margaritas. For increased durability against rust, this unit has a stainless steel exterior, auger, and evaporator. It's air cooled, meaning it has a slightly lower production than similar water-cooled units, but uses less water as it operates. With a self-contained refrigeration system and compact size, this ice maker is simple to install and fits into most floor plans.
When cleaning is needed, the Scotsman FS0522A-1 flake ice maker offers users one-touch activation, minimizing labor. To promote sanitary use, the unit's refrigeration system is sealed against airborne contaminants and enhanced with an antimicrobial treatment to resist germ spread. Indicator lights notify users if maintenance is needed and its QR code is unit specific for improved troubleshooting.

Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.
