xThis Scotsman CU0920MA-1A air cooled undercounter ice machine will keep up with the ice demands of your restaurant, bar, cafe, or break room!
Thanks to its innovative horizontal evaporator, this unit produces medium-sized, crystal clear ice cubes. It has the capacity to produce up to 100 lb. of ice per day and store up to 57 lb. Its intuitive control panel makes operating your machine and adjusting ice thickness or harvest time a breeze. Works well in bars, coffee shops, small restaurants, and high-volume break rooms. Its slide-back door has a large opening for scooping and saves space since it does not need extra clearance. To create pure, clear ice, a horizontal evaporator with spray jets prevents minerals from freezing into the water. Each cube is full size and works great in drinks, where it melts slowly and helps establishments save on beverages.
Controls on the Scotsman CU0920MA-1 undercounter ice machine include on, off, and clean settings. A cleaning cycle helps keep the interior sanitary between full cleanings. This unit has a corrosion-resistant exterior and stands on four stable legs. Since it measures 20 inches wide, the ice machine can fit into tight spaces. Environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant is used to maintain cool temperatures.
