Theresia, designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, is an espresso machine for the coffee connoisseur to have at home, on their boat or in the office. A technologically advanced espresso machine that can extract the best espressos and most fragrant cappuccinos, just like baristas make during competitions. The bodywork, made entirely of Supermirror stainless steel, was designed to look like a diamond, with a technological heart beating inside.T3 Technology
In a professional coffee machine the temperature parameter plays an extremely important role, as it strongly influences espresso quality. A stable temperature provides an excellent result over and over again. But how? Again, through studies, research and experimentation, as well as working with the best baristas, we managed to find a solution that provides for the control of every single parameter. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the barista to set three temperatures: for the brewing group, the water infusion and the steam. What do you get? Control of the water supplys thermal accuracy that results in temperature stability and ultimately in a perfect espresso. This also comes about due to an electronic system, with probes for temperature, pressure and PID, which manages each variable.
Easycream System
The Adonis espresso machine is also available with the Easycream system, a technology that allows the milk to be heated and frothed to suit your preferences, thanks to the innovative wand with tangential holes and a steam-air mixing system. This system is very much appreciated by coffee shop chains as it produces creamy milk that is fragrant and consistent.
High Efficiency Extraction System
We developed a new coffee extraction system, the High Efficiency Extraction System (HEES). HEES enhances the aroma of each coffee blend in the cup because it transfers all the splendid and creamy substances right through the new extraction system. The repeatability of results and persistence of the crema are the main advantages of this technology that corrects tamping errors arising from an inexperienced hand, ensuring a perfect espresso.
PID Control System
The Adonis espresso coffee machine has an extremely precise electronic temperature control (PID) system, giving maximum thermal stability. You can change the temperature in the boiler using a keypad, and check it on the display, with a choice of reading in Bars, Celsius or Fahrenheit.

DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:
Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.
